Responsibilities/Requirements
- Fluency in Dhivehi and English; empathetic communication with patients and families
- Assist doctors with translation, medication coordination, and patient communication
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure compliance with standards
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to enhance the patient experience
- Minimum of 3 A-Level passes including English, Dhivehi & Mathematics OR minimum of 3 O-Level passes including English, Dhivehi, and Mathematics
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service field or 2 years with O-Level qualifications
- Candidates aged 25+ are preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus
