This job involves being fluent in Dhivehi and English to provide empathetic communication with patients and assist doctors with translation, medication coordination, and patient communication. Responsibilities/Requirements
- Fluency in Dhivehi and English for effective patient communication
- Assist doctors with translation and medication coordination
- Safeguard confidentiality and ensure compliance with standards
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to enhance the patient experience
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 A-Level passes including English, Dhivehi & Mathematics, OR minimum of 3 O-Level passes including English, Dhivehi, and Mathematics
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service field, or minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service field
- Candidates aged 25+ are preferred
- Healthcare experience considered a plus
